#MONDAYMOTIVATION: BEAT THE BLOAT

Lately, despite conscious eating and working out almost every day, I feel really bloated.

TMI? Sorry. Gotta keep it real.

 I figured since I've cut out most dairy and grains from my diet (save for that Sprinkles cupcake last night that I ate half of before giving the rest to my fiancé) that I was already ahead of the game but of course there are plenty more things I could be doing to feel lighter.

POPSUGAR wrote an awesome article about how to debloat by the end of the day listing tips in chronological order. I'm already doing - or trying to do - a lot of these things (drinking tons of water, keeping my portion sizes in check, getting into bed at least eight and a half hours before I need to wake up) but I'm planning on adding a few more of these to my routine.

Honestly, I've been meaning to start drinking warm water with lemon in the morning for a long time, and this was a great reminder to start. I also love the idea of doing some yoga twists early on in the day, even if you can't make it to a full class.
